Ziki Ye Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These terms govern recurring SMS and MMS messages from Ziki Ye (legal name Ziqing Ye). Ziki Ye is the message sender. Sorted, provided by Attune Technologies, Inc. ("Attune"), supplies the software.

Program description

The program sends non-promotional, one-to-one real estate customer-care messages. Messages can respond to property inquiries and coordinate requested property information, buyer consultations, home tours, appointments, and active real estate transactions. The current program does not send bulk promotions, cold outreach, or purchased-list messages.

Enrollment and consent

You may enroll through Ziki Ye's public contact form by checking the separate SMS and MMS consent box. The box is optional and unchecked by default. You can submit the contact form without consenting to messages. Your consent applies only to this sender and messaging program.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, conversations, and real estate activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property or receiving real estate services.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. We may send one confirmation message after your request. No more messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Ziki Ye and Attune do not guarantee message delivery or timing and are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, messaging platforms, recipient devices, or other systems outside their control.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read Ziki Ye's Text Messaging Privacy Policy for details.

Changes and support
