Gogo Wu SMS Consent Process

This page documents the public SMS and MMS opt-in process for Gogo Wu (legal name Bao Ying Wu).

Public contact form

Prospective and current clients can use Gogo Wu's public contact form without a Sorted account.

How consent is collected

1. The client enters a name, email address, phone number, and optional real estate inquiry.
2. The client may check a separate, optional SMS and MMS consent box.
3. The box is unchecked by default. The client can submit the form without checking it.
4. When the box is checked, Sorted records the agent, contact fields, exact notice version and text, affirmative checkbox result, submission time, and consent time.

Exact consent notice

By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Gogo Wu (legal name Bao Ying Wu) about your real estate inquiry, requested property information, buyer consultations, home tours, appointments, and active real estate transactions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property or receiving real estate services. Evidence

The form submission is compliance evidence. It does not create a CRM contact or synchronize consent to a CRM. Sorted does not send text messages itself; the submission is retained as the record of your consent choice.

Withdrawal and help

The recipient can reply STOP to withdraw consent. Gogo Wu sends at most one opt-out confirmation and no further messages unless the recipient provides new consent. The recipient can reply HELP for help or email team@attunehq.com.
